Here is what i have a speeding ticket, failure to stop at a signs, carless, suspended, speeding less than 10 and i have an SR22 in Oregon, anybody knows of a cheap car insurance company for high risk drivers?

Just start driving safely dont drive at speed, try to keep you mileage low, dont drive unless its absolutely necessary, dont get any tickets, respect the traffic signs and after a while you may be able to ask for a discount or reduction of you auto insurance rates.

But at this moment no company will give you very cheap rates until you can prove that you are no longer a high risk driver.

A way to reduce your rates is to get just the necessary coverage and increase your dedutible to get the lowest possible premium.

But stop driving reckless and be careful, if you keep making driving problems you wont be able to lower your rates.
